The Surla Suite offers a unique blend of modern luxury and maritime charm. Located in an Amsterdam Marina, this floating hotel room is designed as a serene escape for two, combining the comfort of a high-end apartment with the tranquility of living on the water.

Open Living Area: Features large panoramic windows for constant water views, a designer sofa, and a dining table.

Atmosphere: A pellet stove provides warmth and a cozy ambiance, making it suitable for year-round stays.

Elevated Bedroom: A king-size bed is tucked away in a mezzanine-style area, creating an intimate "nest" feel.

Kitchenette: Compact but functional, equipped with a fridge, sink, and a two-burner stove for light meals.

🚿 Bathroom & Amenities
The suite is finished with high-quality materials to ensure a "hotel-grade" experience:

Luxury Bathroom: Includes a walk-in rain shower and a modern (burning) toilet.

Outdoor Deck: A private space right on the water featuring seating and an outdoor shower.

⚠️ Terms & Restrictions
To ensure safety and a peaceful environment within the marina, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

Accessibility: The Surla Suite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to access via a floating jetty and the sleeping area being located on a mezzanine (accessible only by stairs).

Safety: Because of the waterfront location, the accommodation is not suitable for children without a swimming certificate.

House Rules: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Smoking or using cannabis is not permitted in or around the houseboat. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the marina and avoid disturbing other guests or boat owners.

Movement & Location: As this is a boat, gentle movement may occur during strong winds. The exact location of the boat in the marina may differ slightly from photos depending on weather conditions.

Boat Operation: Guests are not allowed to operate the boat. However, rental boats and sloops are available at the marina if you wish to explore the area by water.

Care & Respect: We take great pride in our houseboat. If anything is broken or not to your satisfaction, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it for you and our future guests.

📋 Practical Information
Check-in: Please contact our local host approximately 30 minutes before arrival. The host will meet you at the Marina Monnickendam parking lot and personally guide you to the Surla Suite.

Parking: You can park your car for free behind the barrier at the marina.

Host Support: Our hosts are locals who know the area well. They are available for questions, tips, or recommendations, such as restaurant reservations or bike rentals.

Stay Information: The host’s phone number and detailed stay information will be emailed to you 10 days before arrival. A printed version is also available inside the houseboat.
